Our CBT Approach to Assertiveness
My approach to assertiveness training is not just about learning scripts. We build genuine, lasting confidence from the inside out by focusing on two key areas:

First, we'll gently explore the 'why' behind the behaviour. Using proven CBT techniques, we will identify and challenge the underlying beliefs and fears that fuel passivity, such as a fear of rejection, a need for approval, or a core belief that your needs are less important than others'.
